Who we are
d1gital is a trading name of Stuart Morgan, a sole trader based in Sheffield, UK (“we”, “us”). Stuart Morgan is the data controller for personal data collected through d1gital.co.uk. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business email, phone number (optional), what you're interested in and your message, plus the page you sent it from and the time.
- Analytics (only if you accept the cookie): Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages visited, device and approximate location, with IP anonymisation enabled.
- Emails: if you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote: legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract.
- To understand how the site is used: your consent (the cookie banner). You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries: Make.com (form processing), our email provider, Google (Analytics) and Hostinger and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are kept for 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and for legal and tax purposes (usually 6 years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to us using it, or ask for a portable copy. Contact us at [email protected]. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use one analytics cookie set (Google Analytics), and only if you click “Fine by me”. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.
